PROTEIN PANCAKES:
makes 12 small pancakes

2.5 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, dry
6 egg whites, beaten
1 cup almond milk
.5 tsp vegtable oil 
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp or more of cinnamon
.5 cup unsweetened apple sauce 

INSTRUCTIONS:

process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. cook through and coat with apply sauce and berries instead of syrup. ENJOY! 



Chunky veggie spaghettie:
serves 5
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatos
3 oz tomato paste
1 Tbs basil
1 Tbs 
garlic
fresh ground pepper
whole wheat noodles
VEGGIES: throw in any veggies that sound good. the following are a garanteed yummy meal
brocolli
eggplant
mushrooms
onion







BusyFitnessMommy Hummus snack:
serves 1
2 slices of Turkey lunch meat
1 Tbs hummus
Juliane the following veggies:
1/2 carrot
1/4 bell pepper
1/4 cucumber

DIRECTIONS:
Split the veggie portions in half to make two turkey rolls. For each turkey slice do the following. Spread the hummus on to turkey meat. Add veggies and roll up. Yummy! My daughter loves this snack!




Home-made TACO SALAD:
serves 5-6

1 lb ground turkey
1/4 diced onion
2 Tbs water
1 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbs ground red pepper
2 tsp black pepper
romaine lettuce
1 diced tomato
1/2 avocado
fresh cilantro
1 can black beans
1 Tbs

Directions:
Cook turkey over med high in pan. Drain grease when meat is thoroughly cooked. Add onion, water and seasonings. let sit over low/med heat and cover. Start beans, follow directions provided on can. chop lettuce,  tomato, avocado and cilontro. finally mix it all together in a bowl and add salsa on top!
