Breakfast May 4th (DAY 1 of 10 day journey)

I'll mostly post during the evening summarizing my day. But I'm so excited to get started I had to share with you my morning meal and routine:

1/2 cup steal cut oats
1/4 cup soymilk
3 med strawberries
2 Tbl of BSN cinnamon roll protein
1 Tbl flaxseed
1 Tbl Wheat germ
(all this mixed together)

1/4 lemon in my green tea
Glucosamine, Chrondroitin & MSM supp

getting ready for my morning workout in about 1.5 hrs...stay tuned


  1. Snack:
    BSN protein shake (powder & water)

    5oz steak
    1/2 sweet potatoe
    1Tbs coconut oil drizzled on sweet potatoe
    steamed zuchini
    green tea

  2. exercise:
    Legs w 10 min warm up on eliptical

    wheat grass w kale and celery homemade juice
    small banana
    12 almonds

    6 oz chicken
    1 cup spinach
    (no dressing)

    *Fruit: I would not recommend eating the fruit I had for my snack. However, for me if I'm dieing for something sweet I will allow myself. fruit especially on leg day. TIP: eat fruit rather then processed sweets. I only don't recommend fruit, with the exception of berries, when your preparing to be in bikini shape.

  3. NOTE: FRUIT IS GOOD FOR YOU! just high in sugar so eat it all the time with protein. EXCEPT when you are trying to lose those last few pounds for a special event.
